I bet you wouldn't be hyping this game if it was on the PS3 or 360...:?
On topic, it looks nice and all but is it fun to play? Considering it's developed from the dudes who made Odin Sphere, I'm assume the answer is No.

huh...why do you say that? It goes both ways you know.
First game i buy when i get my wii! thats if it makes it this year. Im hearing stuff about a 2010 relese date
Anyone got an idea of when the Euro release is? If it's anything like Odin Sphere I will have to wait a year :/. I hear the Wii is region locked.
Looks great, as always, but Demon, couldn't you just post these in one of the other threads you made instead of making a new one?:?
impossible for there to exist an artstyle king.

Why not? art is ENTIRELY subjective(as an artist myself) its just really impossible to have a debate about it.They are very old already. I thought bumping old threads was against GS policies. I wont take risks here, i have enough stupid moderations, Grinning_Demon
Fair enough. If they're only a few weeks old or so, usually you won't get modded as long as you're bringing something new to the thread. But there's nothing wrong with being careful;)

after looking at all the veins on it, I see it as some sort of some malformed exploding blue wiener.
Possible tie in with Watchmen ?

veiny tumor manYou're all wrong. It's the reanimated remains of the Stay-Puff Marshmallow Man.
Graphics are in no way subjective, except for art style.Cherokee_JackIf that were true, everyone would have accepted which game looks better (Gears 2 or MGS4, RE5 or Killzone 2, etc etc). Besides, if graphics aren't subjective, which are the well defined, overall-accepted rules we have to judge them?

The main male character looks stupid. He's always angry looking with those sharply diagonal brows. LOL

Graphics are completely subjective. You may be able to say, "Crisis is the most realistic looking game around" but I wouldn't be wrong to say, "I don't think it is the best looking game, I believe muramasa looks better". Why is that? Because graphics define what you see, not the technical talk that makes up what you see. If I see more appeal in the look of Muramasa thanCrysis, I would not be wrong. I wouldn't be right either but to say graphics aren't debatable is wrong.

Damn. I'm loving the recent resurgence of 2D games. First Wario Land, then this and A Boy and his Blob. Too bad this game isn't coming out until July.

Well why not? Ninjas are awesome, why wouldn't you be cheery to be a Ninja? And how do you know if they are happy or not, they mostly where masks. I don't think the main character is a very good ninja if he dosn't even enjoy being awesome. I mean why dosn't enjoy being awesome?

Define graphics for me then.
What I mean by graphics is technical graphics, since that's the definition that's the most useful on here. Non-technical graphics are better defined as art style, and together they form the visuals of a given game. Thus, art style is subjective, and graphics are not. Please Log In to post.
